Shipping & Returns
Do you offer free shipping in the United States?
Yes. Nanosecond provides free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders, with no minimums or exclusions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Nanosecond offers flat rate international shipping worldwide for $99.
What is your return policy?
Nanosecond offers free 30-day returns within the United States for qualifying items. Returned products must be new, include original parts, and be sent back with original packaging.
How do I request a return?

How long do refunds take?
After your qualifying return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to appear.
