Limited Warranty Coverage
What this warranty covers
Nanosecond warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a qualifying issue arises, we will review the product and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Who is covered
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product purchased directly from Nanosecond or an authorized seller, unless otherwise stated.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, abuse, accidents, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
It also does not cover issues caused by external equipment, incompatibility with unsupported devices, or damage occurring during customer handling after delivery.

How to request support
To start a warranty claim, please email support@nsecond.com with your order details, product name, a description of the issue, and photos or video if available.
Review process
Our team will review your request and respond with next steps. Additional information may be requested to help us verify the issue and provide the best resolution.
Resolution
If your claim is approved, Nanosecond will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or another reasonable solution based on the situation.
Warranty remedies are limited to the original product purchase. This warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
